By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About the website
The website presents Romania Property Club, its members, events, market reports, rankings, interviews and real estate news. Membership and participation in events are subject to separate terms agreed with RPC.
2. Information only – no professional advice
Content on the website is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or current. Market data, rankings and opinions are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and you should not rely on them as such. Statements in interviews and articles belong to the people quoted and do not necessarily reflect RPC’s views.
3. Intellectual property
The website and its content – including texts, market reports, rankings, data sheets, photos, videos, graphics and the Romania Property Club name and logo – are owned by RPC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Names and logos of members, partners and other companies belong to their respective owners.
You may view, download and print content for your own information. You may quote short extracts from our articles, reports and rankings, provided you clearly credit “Romania Property Club” as the source and, online, link to the original page. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website in a way that is unlawful or that could damage it or its users – for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sending spam through our forms, or collecting data from the website by automated means without our permission.
5. Events and event photos
Event details published on the website (dates, venues, speakers and agenda) may change. Registration is confirmed by RPC. Photos and video are taken at our events and may be published on the website, in our communications and on social media, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you would like an image of you removed, write to contact@rpc.ro.
6. Links to other websites
The website contains links to websites run by others, such as our members and partners. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RPC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.
