Bright Spaces was launched in 2019, in Bucharest Romania, in order to meet an underserved need of the commercial real estate market.

Since our incorporation, we participated in the Pi Labs 2020 Accelerator, as one of the 5 startups selected out of over 600 applicants; raised two investment rounds – one of 185.000 EUR (backed by Sparking Capital, Growceanu Angel Investment and Ilinca Paun), and a consecutive one of 1,5 mil EUR (backed by Axeleo Capital – France, Pi Labs – UK, Sparking Capital, Growceanu Angel Investment and a new group of real estate angel investors); and signed our first clients from Romania and the UK (among which: Skanska, One United Properties, Vox Technology Park, Impact Hub, Moorland Property Solutions Ltd.).

To support the growth of the industry in a digitalized environment, we are committed to continuously refining our product. Our team is specialized in developing state-of-the art technologies that enable an intuitive online experience. We count on our diverse network of property and technology mentors, investors and real estate players in order to offer the best solution property owners need to thrive in the post-pandemic commercial real estate market.
